To give participants the necessary tools to become Team Coaches, and help them to maximize collective output. We do this by developing accountability and responsibility in a logical and measurable way, so that the operational results are far greater than the sum of the parts.
- Coaches wishing to maximize their impact within the organizations to which they provide services by offering more systematic group services, or more individualized services to directors or managers.
- Leaders who can interact innovatively with their teams, and generate empowering group processes that prepare their teams for high-level performance.
- Human Resource departments so they have the opportunity to play a more active role, enabling them to participate in the development processes of the teams of their internal clients.
This is an experiential learning course with guided exercises in a way that allows participants to immediately assimilate the content.
The course is participative and reflective. It combines learning conceptual information together with practical individual and group exercise techniques, encouraging reflection, coexistence and a sense of camaraderie in participants.
